Key Responsibility Areas

  • Responsible for achieving Sales and Profitability targets
  • Responsible for managing Business Process Outsourcing operations with a team of 100+ Outsourcing professionals
  • Identifying prospective Clients and following them for more work, as a part of Sales and Marketing responsibility
  • Effective sampling and convert leads into live projects
  • Provide Quotations and Service Level Agreements to Clients
  • Project Planning, Implementation and Control
  • Facilitate smooth implementation of project plans by active participation and rapid problem resolution
  • Manage generation of  Daily/Weekly and monthly MIS reports
  • Analyze MIS reports and plan corrective measures for continuous improvement

  • Ensure the final output of work is error free
  • Keep informed team members about regular updates and changes received for each project immediately

  • Get feedback of the completed work from Team Leaders
  • Take guidance of QC persons to improve the input process without errors, so that the work is delivered error free

  • Take regular backup of files processed
  • To attend meetings organized by Team Leaders and Manager Operations related to Projects and other than Projects
